As the company's architect and engineer, I designed and built our production platform from scratch: a multi-tenant system that manages consignment, payments, reconciliation, and the full commercial lifecycle, the technology that runs the operation day to day.

I manage the day-to-day running of the business, owning our customer and trade relationships end to end, from B2B partners and suppliers through to the customer experience.
